A licensed lawyer, member of the Saudi Bar Association, arbitrator, and legal and Sharia consultant, he brings over ten years of experience to his
roles. As a collaborative professor in law with higher education institutions, he is also an accredited legal trainer with various entities, including the
Judicial Training Center, a part of the Saudi Ministry of Justice for training trainee lawyers, and the Intellectual Property Academy under the Saudi
Authority for Intellectual Property.
Furthermore, he is a member of the Royal Institute of British Arbitrators in the United Kingdom, specializing in large corporations, their liquidation,
as well as legal, criminal, and arbitration matters
He holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Law from Washington University, USA, a Master’s degree in Public Law from Indiana University of Bloomington, USA, a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Southern Methodist University, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Sharia from King Khalid University.
