A licensed lawyer, legal expert, and legal advisor. He serves as a legal advisor to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and holds a license as an intellectual property agent from the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP).

Specializing in developing and drafting regulations, he is well-versed in endowment provisions under the academic license in the same field

He holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Arbitration from Washington University, Missouri, USA. He has a Master’s degree in Legal Policy from the Higher Judicial Institute, a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Suffolk University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.

He has completed a trainer training program.
