He holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property from Suffolk University in Boston, USA. He also holds a master’s degree in Intellectual Property from New Hampshire University, Franklin Pierce Center in the USA. Furthermore, he has a master’s degree in Sharia and Law from Mutah University in the Kingdom of Jordan and a bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from Qassim University.
